Block Paving Refurbishment

Many homes throughout Blackburn, Preston and Lytham St Annes are having their block paving restored to its former glory. Block paving is one of the hardest external surfaces to keep in good condition because the sand filled joints are thev perfect environment for weeds to flourish.

By using our powerful custom built pressure washing equipment and a fungicidal wash, we are able to remove dirt and grime, together with other deposits that have built up in the joints. Fresh sand is then swept into the joints, thus securing the blocks and restricting growth in the gaps.

After this cleaning process, we would recommend that the block paving is then sealed, using Smartseal high quality acrylic sealer. This will give added protection to the surface and prevent loss of colour, further stains and growth of algae and moss.
